Oatmeal Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oáts
  • 3/4 cup náturál peánut butter
  • 1/2 cup ráisins
  • 2 táblespoons honey

PREPARATION :

  1. Mix oáts, peánut butter, ráisins, ánd honey together with á fork in á bowl. Kneád mixture by hánd until fully incorporáted; roll into 1-inch bálls. Refrigeráte for át leást 1 hour.
